These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing and / or placing an order directly with us you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.

Credit Card Security

When you make a purchase via, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including your name and address. We use Windcave which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions to process card payments. Windcave are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.

Once on the Widcave system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign’s Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Back Orders

If the item you order from our website is not in stock, we will notify you either by phone or email, and will give you option to either cancel your order or wait until the goods are back in stock.


Your satisfaction with our products is paramount. The Malted Waffle Company offers a 14 day no quibble guarantee on non-food items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer (see returns policy).

Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of receipt, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. If we are unable to dispatch items within this time, the customer will be notified of the likely delivery date and given the option of proceeding with the order, or cancelling.

Tax Charges

All products apart from food items sold on are inclusive of VAT. All prices shown are in line with the current UK rate.

Privacy Policy

  • Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes

Cancellation Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you buy goods from us online or by phone and you haven’t yet received them, your consumer rights entitle you to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Please contact us by phone or email and tell us that you want to cancel.

Returns Policy

Before returning any goods to us, please contact the office via telephone at +44 (0) 121 3086040. We will then issue you with a returns authorisation number.

All goods must be returned in their original condition with all of the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that all food items cannot be returned due to health and safety issues.

The Malted Waffle Company will not pay for any unwanted goods to be returned. Goods may be returned by courier or by registered post, and this cost must be met by the customer.


All products which are non-food items carry a 14 day money back policy. This does not apply to bespoke items or items made to your specification.

The product must not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds should they not meet the above criteria.

We only refund the price of the item once it has been received by The Malted Waffle Company.

Delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods being supplied by The Malted Waffle Company.

Once the goods have been returned to The Malted Waffle Company, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be issued.

Please note that any bespoke waffle machine design work or tooling costs cannot be refunded and once the customer pays they are confirming that they are going to receive the goods. We cannot issue refunds on bespoke items.

Faulty Merchandise

The customer must notify The Malted Waffle Company within 24 hours of receipt of any damages, faults or incomplete fittings. After this period of time, The Malted Waffle Company cannot accept responsibility.

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full, depending on the customers’ requirements.

If only part of the item is damaged / faulty, The Malted Waffle Company will send out a replacement for that part. In the event that a part cannot be supplied, the complete item will be replaced.

The Malted Waffle Company will pay for return carriage of damaged or faulty goods.

Regarding damaged or faulty goods The Malted Waffle Company will not be held liable for any related costs incurred by the customer.


All products conform to British standards. All dimensions and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.


All products carry a minimum 6 month warranty with The Malted Waffle Company, unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a fault occurring the product will be repaired or replaced depending on the nature of the fault. The warranty applies to electrical components only and is void if deemed that the item has been incorrectly fitted or been used in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied.
